Your meds, meals and movement, on your timeline.
Track your medications, including GLP-1s and other injectables, alongside your meals, activity and weigh-ins, in one private iPhone app.
See how it all fits together.
Most apps track your food or your medication. Wholeday puts your doses, meals, water, weigh-ins, fasting and movement on one timeline, with your estimated medication level alongside. You see your own patterns, like how your appetite on dose day compares with day five, and you decide what they mean.
Built for maintenance, not just the start.
Set a goal in phases, with maintenance breaks and a calorie floor. Plan a week of protein-first meals and get the grocery list. If you tell Wholeday your appetite dips after a dose, the rising and peak days get smaller, protein-first meals, at the same calories and protein.
Your health data stays on your iPhone.
No account, no Wholeday servers. Food searches go online, and so does voice dictation on some iPhones, plus anything you choose to share, back up to a cloud folder, or send to the AI coach. Backups are optional, and you can encrypt them with a password only you know.
Questions
- Is Wholeday medical advice?
- No. It's a tracker. It records what you log and never suggests or changes a dose. Medication levels are estimates based on the doses you log.
- How much does Wholeday cost?
- Wholeday is a subscription, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy, and you can cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings. If you stop subscribing, your dose reminders keep working and your data stays yours to export, back up or delete.
- Does the AI coach cost extra?
- The AI coach is optional. Questions you pick from its list are answered on your phone, without AI. To type your own questions, you add your own Claude API key from Anthropic, and Anthropic bills you for that use. The subscription doesn't include AI usage. The coach only sees the kinds of data you allow, and never your labs, notes or photos.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Your health data stays on your iPhone. No account, no Wholeday servers. Food searches go online, and so does voice dictation on some iPhones, plus anything you choose to share, back up to a cloud folder, or send to the AI coach.
- Is it on Android?
- Not now. Wholeday is for iPhone.
- When does it launch?
- There's no date yet. Join the waitlist and we'll email you about the beta and the launch.
