Wholeday is a tracker, not medical care
Wholeday helps you record and see your medications, food, weight, fasting and activity in one place. It's for tracking and organizing, and for general education about your own logs.
- It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace your prescriber, doctor, pharmacist or dietitian.
- It is not a medical device, a telehealth service or a pharmacy.
- It's designed not to tell you what dose to take, when to change a dose, or how to mix, measure or schedule a medication. Follow your prescriber and your pharmacy label.
- The optional AI coach is instructed to stay within that scope, but AI can make mistakes. If an answer ever seems to suggest a dose, a schedule or a treatment change, don't act on it; ask your healthcare provider.
- Don't start, stop, skip or change any medication, dose or treatment because of anything in Wholeday, including the AI coach.
Estimates are estimates
- Estimated medication levels and phases (rising, peak, steady, fading) are calculated on your iPhone from published averages for each medication and the doses you log. They aren't measurements of what's in your body, and your body may differ. To see how they're worked out, read About these estimates, or open the app's shot timeline → About these estimates.
- Calorie targets, energy burned, goal phases and dates are estimates based on standard formulas and what you log.
- Food data comes from public databases and what you enter, and may be incomplete or wrong. Check the package label.
- AI coach answers (optional, with your own Anthropic key) can be wrong or incomplete. Check them, and don't use them for medical decisions.
Talk to your healthcare provider first if
- you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding;
- you have diabetes, or take insulin or other glucose-lowering medication;
- you have kidney, liver, gallbladder or pancreas conditions, or a history of pancreatitis;
- you have, or have had, an eating disorder or disordered eating;
- you're changing your diet, fasting, or starting exercise while on a weight-loss medication;
- anything in your logs worries you.
Wholeday keeps a calorie floor and doesn't cut calories unless you set a goal that asks for it. Weight-loss goals are turned off for anyone under 18. Wholeday is for adults.
If you need help now
- Emergency: call 911 (or your local emergency number). Wholeday isn't monitored by anyone.
- Mental health crisis (US): call or text 988.
- Eating disorder support (US): ANAD helpline, 1-888-375-7767.
- Severe side effects (for example severe abdominal pain, signs of an allergic reaction, or persistent vomiting): contact your prescriber or seek urgent care.
Results vary
Any results you see, including anything the founder shares about their own experience, are one person's experience. Results vary, and we don't promise any outcome.
Tips in the app
